Project divided up into 3-one hour classes
- Project created with Collage, Watercolor, paint, and ink.
- Create a hidden message behind your artwork. Privately you will write your own personal message, memories, or thoughts on the watercolor paper that becomes the subset for this project. Do not worry if others will read what you have written, because you will create right over the written words causing them to become hidden behind in your artwork.
- (You do not need to attend LIVE, recordings will be available to you until the end of May 2021)
- Be inspired by others in our private community, a safe place to share your work and develop friendships

Through creative expression we find a form of interpretation for all emotions…the happy, the angry, the sad, and everything in-between. By immersing in a creative process you can help yourself to manage your stress effectively; thus, you are taking steps towards greater emotional resilience and physical wellness.
“We fail to realize that pain needs to be expressed so that the person we were meant to be has room to breathe, to grow and to become. Creativity can be that release we need.” Kelly Rae Roberts. (Taking flight Inspiration and techniques to give your creative spirit wings”P. 78)
