
After hearing John Maxwell’s statement, “Your success is found in your daily routine”, I was sold on following a routine. However, I knew that I wanted to accomplish specific items each day that would be good for my own personal self care.
I created a routine that covered what I consider to be four basic areas that are important for health and wellness. The four areas are spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical. I know that if I will address all four of these areas each day, I will be able to handle the stress that comes each day, and maintain better health for myself.
