I am a firm believer in taking care of you…so that there is enough of YOU to take care of others. That is why I put together this challenge.
This challenge, if you take the steps, will help you prepare a plan of action for looking and feeling your best during this upcoming busy time. These are also tips and tricks that you can use throughout the year.
The challenge starts on Monday, Dec. 2. You will get a new idea each day with an easy challenge to work on. I will keep it short and easy to take action because I know that your list of “to-dos” will be already in full swing.
Any printed material that I offer to you (FREE) from my digital store will be free for that day only. I will give you a heads-up in an email the day before so that you can be looking for it. If you miss the offer then you will be able to download the material for 20% off the original price through the rest of the week until Saturday at 12:00 Midnight.
