Good information…. foods we have all feed our children. I have a hard time agreeing with the butter. Our body knows what to do with butter…it is the “butter substitutes” that our very hard on the body. Yet I know many people who have gotten off of dairy products and are living very healthy. Also fries are my all time weakness!!! But, I do agree it is better to take good care of what we have got..because there are no replacements.
