So as we promised here are a few more helpful tips on dealing with anxiety. Now picking up where we left off-
4) Say no to caffiene! Caffiene and anxiety don’t work very well together. So to help reduce your stress start cutting down your caffienated soda’s, chocolate, coffee, and tea.
5) Take your vitamins. Calcium, B-complex, and Magnesium are some great ones to be taking. I like to use a Magnesium drink powder that you can get from walmart, and it’s called Calm.
6) Start eating healthier! I know it’s hard to say no to your favorite icecream, but after a week or two of reducing your carbohydrate and refined sugars intake, you will definitely start feeling more energized, optimistic, and calmer.
