Starting tomorrow, I am going to introduce positive thinking into my daily routine. The reason for using daily affirmations is because our body cannot win this weight battle alone, it needs the assistance from our mind. Once we believe that our body can and will become what we want it to be, then we will start to see it progressing.
So daily affirmations should be simple words or phrases you repeat to yourself, whenever you feel like skipping your workout or indulging in too much food. When you feel the urge to eat when it is not necessary, stop and take a deep breathe, and then repeat to yourself- “I am shedding weight now. I love the feel of making progress. I want to stay there.”
And repeating affirmations when you wake up in the morning, and then when you go to bed, is a great motivation tool. Here our a few examples you could try-
I’m on the road to fitness.
I am feeling thinner today.
I’m shedding weight now.
I look and feel lighter today.
I’m enjoying how I’m feeling now.
I love the feeling of making progress.
I love the food that makes me thin.
Shedding weight is effortless.
I am going to fit into the next size smaller any minute.
I enjoy being healthy
I’m making things easy for myself now.
My body is getting stronger, slimmer, and healthier every day.
I feel so thin inside, my outer is just about to catch up.
I love these statements! I am going to try writing some down that I really like, and then posting them on my fridge, in my bathroom, and bedroom. So then I will be constantly reminded.
So starting tomorrow I am going to start using these, and then in a week we will compare this coming week, to the last week, and then see what the differences our bodies have made! Good luck!
